Agreement to Terms

Event Participation

Registration and Attendance

  • Event registration is required for most activities
  • Registration fees are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled
  • We reserve the right to cancel events due to insufficient registration or unforeseen circumstances
  • Participants must follow all event rules and guidelines

Photography and Media

By attending our events, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes unless you specifically opt out. We respect your privacy and will honor requests to not be included in promotional materials.

Volunteer Services

Volunteers agree to:

  • Perform duties in good faith and to the best of their ability
